The CMT Tongue Bit is part of the CMT Tongue and Groove system, designed to create precise tongue joints without the need to disassemble or reconfigure cutters. Used in combination with the matching groove bit, it allows efficient production of tongue and groove joints in solid wood up to 19 mm thickness. The separate bit design provides flexibility and faster setup, while also allowing each cutter to be used independently for other woodworking applications.
